Under our parent brand, Bidding Ltd, we have written more than 10,000 bids across Healthcare, Facilities Management, Defence, Construction, and other sectors. This extensive experience gives us a deep understanding of bid writing and identifies which parts of the process create the most significant bottlenecks—areas where digital tools can provide the greatest value.

Chair

Sarah has held director positions at several NHS Trusts and leading charities, including Mind. She founded 365 Response, where she developed innovative solutions to address longstanding issues in patient transport across the UK; a problem she first identified years earlier as Director of Operations at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Currently, through Virtual Bid Team, she is working to increase SME participation in public sector procurement and to break down traditional barriers that prevent smaller businesses from accessing top-tier technology.

Brendan Fatchett

CEO

Chris has led various product and development teams addressing critical problems in the UK. Having worked across SRCL Group, M3 Inc., RLDatix and more, Chris has built a number of critical solutions, including NHS workforce management platforms, patient transport marketplace technologies and GP practice management software. He aims to make Virtual Bid Team a platform that can be instantly adopted by organisations of all sizes – easy to use, and bringing immediate value to our customers.
