She founded 365 Response, where she developed innovative solutions to address longstanding issues in patient transport across the UK; a problem she first identified years earlier as Director of Operations at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Currently, through Virtual Bid Team, she is working to increase SME participation in public sector procurement and to break down traditional barriers that prevent smaller businesses from accessing top-tier technology.
